	Embroidery has been around for generations now and it embellishes a fabric by giving the fabric a face lift. Long associated with royalty, hand embroidery was the privilege of a chosen few. But as technology and mechanical expertise took over human lifestyle, embroidered fabric came within easy reach of common man.

	To provide for this, Chiripal Industries Ltd., (CIL) laid its foundation of an ultra modern and versatile Embroidery unit at Piplej, Ahmedabad where the Schiffli Embroidery Division started operations in October 2006. This Unit, a state of the art facility, is fully Air Conditioned and has a huge production capacity of 150,000 mtrs per month. Constant interaction with high–profile international customers and tracking of global trends enables CIL to offer innovations in embroidery.

Technology

CIL has the following technology at the Embroidery Unit:


	5th generation fully computerized, fully automatic Schiffli machines from M/s. LASSER Switzerland.

	fully computerized CAD / CAM Designing Department equipped with L- PUNCH Designing Software by M/s. LASSER, Switzerland.

On top of this our own professional designing team trained by M/s. LASSER ensures a constant and innovative flow of designs suitable for domestic and international market.

Manpower:

	CIL has a dedicated team of about 100 skilled work-forces who strive hard to fulfill the needs and demands of our elite and privileged customers. They are consistently and continuously trained to improve upon their skills for achieving customer satisfaction.

Quality Control:

	CIL’s Quality Control Department ensures that excellent quality is maintained right from the raw material, work-in-progress to the final product stages. All products are passed through a stringent quality control procedure by technically trained and professional quality control team.
