Nova Petrochemicals has installed all state-of-art modern machines with utmost flexibility to control sensitive parameters, which helps promptly manufacture yarns as per feedback from the market. Quality is an obsession with Nova, with quality checks at every stage of yarn production. Right form the procurement of raw materials to the production of the final yarn there are numerous points at which quality checks are carried out so as to manufacture best "A" Grade yarn.
In 1999, in keeping with its philosophy to exceed its own performance, 10 end parallel spinning lines from Barmag AG, Germany, were installed in the plant to manufacture micro filament yarn and since then it has gone ahead with its expansion drive and reached a production capacity target of 200 MT/Day.
Nova has backward integrated one more step-with onset of chips manufacturing facility, the vision of becoming a leading supplier of POY and Texturised Yarns worldwide. |
